If thy have need of losing more than fifty pounds, thy may need to take in 1,500 calories per day. You'll want to visit with your doctor for only your doctor can advise you of your personal calorie requirements for the day.

Weight Loss Gadgets  - Be leery of any peddler offering weight loss gadgets or promises.   These onion-eyed crooks are out to steal thy loot!  Even tho they promise revitalizing products that will instantly recharge the body system, & get the fat burners going at full throttle again, resist!  This ‘tis nothing more than diet malarkey – villagemongers seeking desperate dieters & who want to cash in on thy vulnerability.

If thy feel enchanted by these magical promises, stop & take a careful look at the product, in addition to the meal & exercise plans that accompany the product.  Thy will find that those magical potions only work if thou follows a certain calorie intake & if thou doth a specific amount of exercise.  

Therefore, why doth thy need to spend thy loot on poot?  Save thy loot for luscious market goodies such as fresh shrimp, beautiful waxy fruits such as kumquats & tart apples!  Yum!  

Again, thy doth NOT NEED expensive apparatuses to achieve weight loss success OR diet pills that might put thee in need of a coffin maker before sunset.  

Diet wisely!  Use thy noggin!  And again, get with thy personal physician for safe weight loss guidance.
