Pecan Sandies Crust - Low Calorie, Low Fat
Medieval
Recipe for Pie Crust
This recipe calls for
reduced fat cookies. When fat ‘tis reduced, calories wilt be reduced as
well. Therefore, these type cookies make a great choice for a slimmer &
healthier pie crust.
No cook! Spray a 9-inch
pie plate with no-calorie, non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Crush about 15-20 reduced
shortbread pecan cookies (Keebler Pecan Sandies art fab). Thy wilt need about
1 ½ cups after they be crushed. To crush, place the cookies in wax paper
& roll a rolling pin over them.
Add about ¼ cup
of no calorie refrigerated butter spray. Thy can adjust the amount of
spray, as well as thy cookie crumbs, to accommodate the size of pie plate thy
choose to use.
Put the 'crust' into the
pie plate & gently pack it down; chill till set. Add thy favorite
filling. Or, thou can cook thy filling in the pie crust.
