Old Ingredients
- 2 Egg Whites
- ½
Teaspoon REAL Vanilla Extract
- ¼
Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
- ½
Cup of REAL Sugar
- 12 (or more)
Packets of No Calorie Sweetener
- 1 ½
Cup of Moist Flaked Coconut
- 1 Teaspoon
of Finely Shredded Lemon Peel

Beat eggs, lemon juice
& vanilla till soft peaks form. Gradually add sugars till stiff peaks
form. Gently fold in coconut & lemon peel, & drop on cookie sheet that
hath been sprayed with no calorie cooking spray, by teaspoons. Space about
2 inches apart.
Bake in ye old preheated
oven at 325 degrees till edges art golden – about 15-20 minutes. Cool
on thy shiniest wire rack after cookies hath set.
