Recipe
contains about 1,500 calories based on real egg & ½ cup nuts

Old Ingredients
- 1 Small
Hen Egg OR Use Egg Substitute
- ½
Cup of Cocoa
- ½
Cup of Applesauce + ¼ Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
- ¼
to ½ Cup of Chopped Pecans (depending on how nutty thy prefer)
- 1 ½
Cup of White Flour + 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 6 Packets
of No Calorie Sweetener + ½ Cup of REAL Sugar
Combine wet ingredients
& add dry. Spread into 9 X 13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 20 minutes, or till done, in preheated oven at 325 degrees. Eat
warm with a glass of ice-cold skimmed milk.
Drizzle brownie with 1
Teaspoon of chocolate syrup, if desired. Or, toss on a dollop of lite
whipped topping. Be sure & allow for additional calories, else thy
hips wilt doeth that for thee.
