Great Expectations - the Medieval Diet Recipes & Diet Plan

So what can thy expect the first month by using the savvy tips at the Medieval Diet?  By embracing a healthier diet filled with menus containing less fat, less sugar and less calories?  By picking up the pace and getting in just a bit of moderate activity?
