Wings of Fire, Medieval Recipe

Serves 6 generously for about 350 calories each

Hot wings that even the King’s falcon wilt envy!  Caution: Use care in lighting candles around extremely explosive wing dish. Avoid combining Wings of Fire with any bean-type recipe.

Ye Old Ingredients
2 Dozen Chicken Wings
3-6 Tablespoons Chili Powder Depending on How Much Heat Thou Likes
½ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
¼ Cup of Catsup & ½ Cup Steak Sauce
Salt & Pepper to Taste
½ Cup of Orange Juice
¼ Bottle of Hot Sauce or Picante’ Sauce (More/Less to Taste)
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup of Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing

Combine chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper & brown sugar.  Stir in steak sauce, catsup, picante & orange juice.  Mix well, till smooth.

Marinate wings in sauce for about one hour.  Arrange wings in a foil-lined pan; cover with marinate sauce. Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for approximately twenty minutes, or in thy trusty microwave on high for about 6 minutes – till juices run clear.  Serve with ranch dressing & a large keg of water drawn from thy well.
