Spoon on tatters. Sprinkle with salt & pepper & parsley, if desired. Next, top with cheese. Roll dough to form a pie. The shape should’st be similar to that of a modern village burrito. Spray non stick skillet with non stick cooking spray. ‘Fry’ until golden on each side, carefully adding more spray if needed.
