Serves 1 generously for about 200 calories (shrimp only)

Therefore, opt for shellfish, smaller ocean fish or farm raised fish & eat no more than 12 ounces per week.

Limit tuna to one serving per month or thy wilt grow as loony as a loon.

As a note, some villagers experience an adverse, allergic reaction to shellfish.  If this sounds familiar, & thou art preparing dish for a loved one, doth not smell the vapors of the cooking Shrimp Devein, or thy may’st still experience an allergic reaction.

Ye Old Ingredients
½ pound of shelled, deveined Shrimp
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Pepper
Juice of 1 Lemon, seeded

Spray non-stick skillet with non-stick spray.  Allow to warm, then add shrimp & juice of lemon.

Sprinkle Lemon Pepper on top of shrimp & keep watch with a watchful eye.

Shrimp cooks quickly, so when they take on a pinkish tint, they art done.  Remove & doth not overcook, or thy wilt feast on tough shrimp that taste like a wooden cart wheel gone rubber.

Enjoy with a small chunk of hot bread dipped in warmed no calorie butter spray, a cup of potato soup, & one cup of either steamed or stir-fried veggies.

The veggies should’st be stir-fried in a no calorie spray.
