Ye Queen's Medieval Fitness Rules

Medieval Diet Mind

* Diet Journal

Remember the Witch Watcher?  She watches thee with an evil eye, waiting for thee to screw it up. Every calorie doeth count.  Hence, a Diet Journal may’st do thee well, by letting thy mind leak out its wondrous thots on paper, as well as healthy calorie counts. Tracking the demon wilt keep it far from thee.

* Purchase a simple notebook at yon thrifty dollar store & make it thy personal Diet Journal.

The first section should’st be used to engrave thy weight loss goals.  Set wise & reasonable goals.  Calculate thy weight loss Goal Date in WEEKS rather than months.  It is not impossible for a Diet Villager to drop a tremendous amount of weight in a gathering of say…28 weeks.  A 75 pound drop would’st not be an overshot number.  It if definitely doable!

 As thy can’st see, it is easier on thy mind to reason in weeks rather than thinking ‘7 months out’.  Therefore, use WEEKS.  Think, “I wilt lose #### pounds in ## WEEKS.”

One section of thy Diet Journal should’st also be reserved for meal planning.  Another for jotting down thy thots.

 * Take a tick of tock from the clock to lose weight.

Take thy time losing weight.  Again, 2 pounds a week is thy magical Weight Loss Number.  1,200 – 1,500 calories a day is thy magical Calorie Number.

In addition, take time to feast.  Feast very slowly & savor each bountiful bite.
