Dieting Tips for Ye Old Diet - Be Crafty in Thy Dieting Ways

Current trends & Village Celebrities should not influence thy weight – not even the curvaceous belly dancers at The Peasants Cove.  An ultra-thin village superstar might be a walking time bomb living on cotton balls soaked in liquid gelatin. And take heed - just because someone is popular doesn't mean they be fit!  So doeth continue to admire what is around thee, but take care of THEE first & foremost.

These old charts art NOT for pregnant or nursing women. If thy art with tiny tot, thy MUST seek thy barber’s (doctor’s) advice before attempting ANY diet!

Another thing that thy must factor into thy weight goal is thy overall feeling of good health. At what weight doeth thy feel best?  Just because a number hath been etched into a chart, doeth not mean that it should be THY weight goal number.  Thy may’st not feel healthy at these 'suggested' weights.

And that is merely how these numbers should’st be conceived - as a suggested weight number, not as THY designated weight number. These numbers & charts art merely patterns that flow among averages that hath been studied over time by this watchful medieval eye of the falcon.  So, if thy would’st feel better at a higher weight than the chart 'mandates', then shoot for that higher weight.

On the flip side of the farthing, if thy wilt feel better at a little lower weight, aim for that number. Use THY good sense when determining this; too thin can be as dangerous as too heavy.

Weight is only one factor in achieving total fitness. Remember - body, mind & spirit!

Thy weight should NEV’R determine thy level of happiness! Life should’st be a celebration of thee!
