Dieting Tips

One chief reason that villagers experience weight gain ‘tis due to feasting times.  The earlier the evening feast ‘tis enjoyed, the better for thy scales.  This 'tis one reason why The Medieval Diet recommends that the major portion of calories are consumed around the noon hour of the day.  It allows time for burning.

Should’st thee feel hungry any time during thy diet journey, take comfort that thy body ‘tis burning fat.  If thy feel tempted to transform into a barbarian eater, chant the following:  24-36-24

If this helps thee not, brush thy teeth.

If this doth not help, take a walk in the forest to clear thy head.  Go over in private thot what ‘tis important to thee.

If these suggestions doth not help, call upon a friend from the village.  If none ‘tis available, talk to thy dragon, or thy falcon.

If this doth not help, go to bed & sleep it off.

Do not fail thyself – stay the course, & good things wilt come to thee!
