Keg of Tomato Bisque Soup ©

Serves 4 generously for about 150 calories each

A 4 ounce tomato contains about 25 calories & is a Village Dieter’s faire friend!  Once long ago - thru the ages, it was thot that this lovely was a poison bauble for it is actually kin to the deadly nightshade.

Tho the tomato is commonly called a vegetable it is actually a fruit, packed tightly with trusty Vitamin A & Vitamin C.

This red voluptuous friend packed with vitamins & not calories, makes it a wise choice for Village Dieters.  Take heed tho, for the tomato is a fruit bearing a faire amount of acidic content & may render mouth blisters if over-enjoyed.
