Ye Old Medieval Ingredients
1 Cup of Skimmed Milk
½ Banana
½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
¼ Cup of Crushed Ice
2 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener
½ Cup of Nonfat, Sugar-free Vanilla Yogurt
1 Teaspoon of REAL Vanilla Extract
 

Pour in blender & blend till smooth.  Drink icy cold.  Top with lite whipped topping if desired, sprinkled with a tiny bit of powdered sugar.
