Caffeine ‘tis a drug & too much can make thy heart race, even with no faire maiden in site.

On thy bad hand, caffeine withdrawal can bring on headaches & irritability.  On thy good hand, it can also rid a headache with combined with a dose of Ibuprofen. 

Tho many villagers depend on caffeine in their early morning flagon of tea or coffee to wake them up, an apple ‘tis more likely to snap thee to life!  Give it a try!

Caffeine can cause insomnia.  The last thing that thou need’st ‘tis to lie awake in bed all nite thinking about thy diet.

Caffeine can be an irritant to thy belly.

Tea contains about half as much caffeine as coffee.  Tho, almost all herbal teas be caffeine free.

Opt for caffeine-free coffees, teas & sodas when possible, or limit thy daily intake of caffeine.

In summary, for dieting purposes, coffee & tea make excellent hunger tamers.  Just keep an eagle eye out on thy daily intake of caffeine.
