Dieting Tips

One technique that thy can use whilst on thy diet journey – or even off thy diet journey, ‘tis to experiment with cool gelatin salads.  Opt for the sugar-free gelatins as many contain a scanty 40 calories or for the entire box.

Light cottage cheese mixes exceptionally well with gelatin, as doeth fruits.  Some fruits wilt swim & some wilt sink in thy gelatin.  Whipped topping ‘tis another very good mix for thy gelatin dishes. Thy may’st also like gelatin straight – as a beverage.

Thy can prepare gelatin treats & make them easy take-alongs for thy days at work.  Simply pour into plastic cups & seal tightly with plastic wrap.

Tasty Holiday Feast Gelatin Salad – about 1,250 calories

Thy may’st slenderize ye old popular pistachio salad by using the reduced calorie ingredients.  Use 1 giant box of sugar-free, fat-free pudding prepared with skimmed milk, 1 small can of unsweetened pineapple tidbits that hath been drained, 1 small container of light whipped topping & 1 cup of miniature marshmallows.

And take heed that a calorie saved ‘tis a calorie lost from thine hindquarters!
