best friends whilst dieting – or when not! Try other cookery methods rather
than opting for boiling. For example:
Shred
& toss into a colorful vegetable stirfry by using purple & green cabbage.
Roast
on the grill with thy favorite seasonings.
Use
cabbage as a low calorie, nutritious wrap for cooked meats. Try a Cabbage
Wrap of: 2 tender-crisped cooked cabbage leaves, ½ cup of cooked cubed
chicken, 1 Tablespoon of reduced calorie honey mustard dressing, a sprinkle
of dryed peppers or roasted red peppers. Yum yum.
