Medieval Diet Weapons - Ye Queen's Fitness Rules

Medieval Fitness Rules

One of the most exciting moments of a good old Renaissance Faire art ye old activities!

The jousts, the dazzling sword plays, the live chest game, the merry belly dancing, the juggling (of pins, not bellies), the mud pits, the bewitching falconry shows, the broom & candle & soap making, & all those enchanting musicians – the lutes, the flutes, the harps!  What a magical wonderment!  Suddenly, we be overcome with an overwhelming desire to blow some glass!

Yea – but amid our folly, let us not forget one more very important event at ye old Renaissance Faire – the feasting.

So yet again, we hath two things that come into view:

1. Activity

2. Feasting

These two colossal springboards art the secret to spiraling forth the metamorphosis that wilt transport thee into The Land of Slimdom.  They be such powerful forces that they cannot even be controlled by the wand of the Village Wizard!  They can only be governed by thee!

Throughout The Medieval Diet we hath concentrated on feasting goodies, on the importance of mind games, calorie counting, fat grams, nutrition & relaxation – we must now focus on the other half of the key that wilt open the gates leading into the kingdom of The Land of Slimdom, & transport thee into that wonderful land of enchantment filled with thots of a longer life, a healthier body, a wiser & fitter way of life that be fit for both a peasant & a king!  So yea,  we wilt now focus on ye old activities!

These be the Queen’s noble Fitness Rules: a healthy mind, a healthy body & a healthy spirit.  One be just as important as the other.  Let us address the Queen’s Fitness Rules, one rule at a time.
