Medieval Food - Yon Morning Wake - The Medieval Breakfast Feast

Breakfast ‘tis thy most important meal of the day!  One - thou art breaking the overnight fast.  Thy belly hath been void of goodies for a length of time.  Filling it with tasty foods wilt start up thy metabolism & begin the fat burning process.

Many villagers hath lost down to their ideal weight by simply switching supper foods to breakfast foods.  They feast on goodies such as eggs, lean ham, lean bacon, lean sausage, cereal & breakfast breads such as bagels, muffins & biscuits.

 If thou art a typical villager, thy probably nev’r feast on breakfast.  However, thy biggest feast of the day occurs at supper time.  By simply feasting on a hearty breakfast & feasting lightly on supper, thy can lose much weight!  Thy can lose more if thy forego supper entirely, but ‘tis such a hard task to accomplish.   

Thy can also make a good show of weight loss by eating breakfast foods for thy supper, such as a bowl of tasty oatmeal bathed lightly in no calorie refrigerated butter spray, a few packs of no calorie sweetener, a dash of cinnamon & a spoon of vanilla.  Yum yum for a mere 150 calories!
